Round Table Farm is a new farm started in April of 2021 by Marlo Stein and Archer Meier.

We are two young farmers who have over a decade of farming experience combined and have worked on farms throughout New England and the Midwest. Archer and Marlo are both proud queer and Jewish farmers who are passionate about building community, crafting beautiful products, and working in tandem with the land. We feel fortunate to be the new stewards of the historic Robinson Farm in Hardwick, which was in the Robinson family for five generations. Most recently, the Robinsons had been milking cows, making artisan aged raw milk cheese, and growing hay to feed their herd.

Here at Round Table Farm, we are continuing on with the visions of sustainability, beauty, and connection with the land that the Robinsons maintained for over a century. We currently make four kinds of small batch, raw milk, aged cheese that defy labels. Round Table Farm is committed to supporting dairy farms in Worcester County by buying milk from other dairies at a premium price. We are also building a small herd of cows for future raw milk sales as well as planning for a herd of goats in order to make goat and mixed-milk cheeses.

Round Table Farm also grows specialty cut flowers that are available to florists across the state as well as at the farmers’ markets we attend. We are focusing on growing a wide range of dahlia varieties and planning a perennial field of unique shrubs, blooms, and berries.
